TicketFeeder is a safe, secure resource for event ticket buyers and licensed, professional ticket suppliers and brokers. TicketFeeder provides consumers access to event tickets listed by pre‑qualified, legitimate, licensed ticket suppliers and brokers that may be otherwise unavailable through primary distribution channels. The tickets offered through TicketFeeder are owned, listed for sale and fulfilled by licensed ticket suppliers or brokers, not by TicketFeeder. TicketFeeder does not hold any ticket inventory, but acts as a safe, secure ticket marketplace for buyers and sellers.
TicketFeeder guarantees that the tickets you purchase through TicketFeeder will be 100% authentic and timely delivered. TicketFeeder also guarantees that upon your purchase being confirmed, the seats you receive will be equal to or better than the section and row requested or TicketFeeder will refund your money. This guarantee is limited to a refund of the money that you paid. TicketFeeder is not responsible for any damages beyond the price of paid.
THE PRICE THAT YOU PAY MAY BE SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER THAN THE FACE VALUE PRICE PRINTED ON THE TICKETS. By use of this website you agree and acknowledge that: (i) TicketFeeder provides you with the service of locating tickets that typically are not available through standard channels; (ii) tickets listed on TicketFeeder are owned and supplied by many pre-qualified, professional ticket suppliers (“Suppliers”), which obtain desirable seats for high-demand and sold-out events: (iii) Suppliers obtain these tickets from a variety of sources, and in some cases may pay a premium, or a price above face value, to the original ticket holder; (iv) Suppliers then sell these tickets at market value, which may be above the price printed on the face of the ticket; and (v) the market value price for a ticket is volatile, determined by many factors including, but not limited to, seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event.
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any request once it is submitted. This policy is in place because when you place your ticket request, TicketFeeder attempts to secure and acquire those tickets for you from a ticket supplier and it is not able to recover its costs. Please order tickets only after you are absolutely sure you want them.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) are guaranteed only after (i) your tickets have been committed to from the ticket supplier offering the tickets, (ii) your credit card has been charged and (iii) your purchase is completed (“Order Confirmation”). Tickets are bought and sold on an open market, and therefore, prices are subject to change at any time prior to Order Confirmation, and TicketFeeder does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the tickets for the prices shown by TicketFeeder or that such tickets will be available, until Order Confirmation. TicketFeeder is not responsible for any typographical or system errors within the tickets listed for sale. If an error of this type is found while processing your order, you will be notified of the error and, when available, be provided with other seating choices. If the tickets you requested are not available after Order Confirmation, you will be provided with the equivalent or better seats, when available, at no additional cost, or TicketFeeder will issue you a refund. Please check your tickets carefully upon arrival, and contact our Customer Care department 48 hours prior to the event if you have not received your tickets or if you have questions regarding the tickets you received. If you have not received a confirmation from TicketFeeder that your ticket request has been finalized, you should not assume that your ticket request will be fulfilled. Please note that a confirmation of receipt of your ticket request is not a confirmation that your ticket request has been finalized.
Immediately after you submit your request for tickets, you will receive an email notifying you that TicketFeeder has received your request. This does not confirm ticket availability or prices, it only indicates that TicketFeeder has received your request for those tickets and has begun the process for securing the requested tickets. Once TicketFeeder has secured the requested tickets and your credit card is charged, you should receive an email communication from TicketFeeder confirming your request has been finalized and TicketFeeder has purchased the tickets on your behalf (“Confirmation”), along with a copy of your invoice. In the event the physical tickets or bar code electronic ticket is not yet available, the Confirmation will acts as the ticket until the ticket is delivered. Your order may be finalized even if you do not receive a Confirmation, invoice or an updated status email from TicketFeeder. If you have not heard from TicketFeeder, or have only received a confirmation that TicketFeeder has received your ticket request, please call our office to check on your order. Orders may not be cancelled due to problems with receipt of emails. NEVER make assumptions regarding the status of an order due to the lack of communications from TicketFeeder.
Purchases by credit card do not grant any variances from our Terms and Conditions. You are still responsible for complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any attempts to defraud TicketFeeder may result in legal and criminal action brought against you. The credit card will be charged in accordance with the Order Confirmation section.
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets, or in any correspondence from TicketFeeder, are always subject to change, particularly for sporting events that are subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is your responsibility to check for any possible changes in date and time. You may check with your local media or call customer relations at 888-480-8499 to ensure that you arrive at the event on the correct date and at the correct time. TicketFeeder is not responsible for changes in date or time of the event, and that refunds will not be issued due to event dates or times being changed.
The service charge helps TicketFeeder recover some of the costs associated with processing payments, securing and shipping tickets, and other necessary costs to ensure all tickets are authentic.
All tickets shipped will be done so via an express delivery service (i.e., Federal Express, Express Mail, messenger, etc.) and will require a signature. TicketFeeder uses express delivery services requiring signature to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time. It is your responsibility to track your package and to be available to accept the package. You agree to provide TicketFeeder with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. If you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you hereby specifically agree to be responsible for that delivery and the tickets once delivered to the address you specify. You agree not to dispute such charges. Your expected ticket arrival date is based on the actual date TicketFeeder ships the order.
Please note that refusal of the package does not constitute refusal of payment. You hereby agree that you are responsible for all ordered tickets where an attempt has been made to deliver them or make them available to you. You hereby agree you are responsible for all ordered tickets even if you attempt to return them.
If for any reason your tickets are returned to us, we will try to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or if you refuse delivery of your tickets, the tickets may be listed for sale on consignment with Front Row Tickets, LLC. Front Row Tickets, LLC will act as your agent to attempt to recover some or all of your costs. You have the right to set the asking price for your tickets; however, you cannot list them above the price you paid for them initially. If they do not sell at the amount set by you, Front Row Tickets, LLC will price the tickets appropriately in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. This may be substantially less than what you paid. If the tickets are not sold by the event date, Front Row Tickets, LLC will ship your tickets to you two days before the event date. It is always in your best interest to remain in close contact with TicketFeeder regarding the pricing of your tickets as they will act as your liaison with Front Row Tickets, LLC. You also have the right at any time prior to your event date to request that your tickets be sent back to you, with you being responsible for the shipping costs. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays, such as adverse weather conditions, as Front Row Tickets, LLC and TicketFeeder are not responsible, under any circumstances, for the timely redelivery of your consignment tickets.
All deposits are non-refundable. If TicketFeeder has provided you with a Confirmation, even though you may have not received your requested tickets, we have already committed to acquiring and securing those tickets for you.
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight and heat can damage some tickets.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout, TicketFeeder will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets, excluding shipping charges. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED IN TICKETFEEDER’S OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EVENT CANCELLATION. TicketFeeder advises you to return tickets via certified mail or other carrier that provides proof of delivery.
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. TicketFeeder will attempt to contact you with further instructions in these instances. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of the announcement, please contact us at 888-480-8499.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements. Because TicketFeeder is not able to recover its costs on the tickets that it acquired for you, TicketFeeder in turn is unable to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events. In the event that an event is relocated to a different venue, tickets for the new venue will be provided and a refund will not generally be given. Exact refund and exchange policies are determined on a show by show basis by the venues and performers. If seating is not available at the new venue a refund will be offered.
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and shipping method.
In the event that any statement in any translated version of this website conflicts with the English version, the statement in the English version shall prevail.
TicketFeeder owns and retains proprietary rights in this website. This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of TicketFeeder. No copying is permitted without written permission.
TicketFeeder is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as part of a package. In addition, TicketFeeder is not responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Any actions by TicketFeeder that does result in you missing your event will be rectified with our liability not exceeding 100% of your total purchase price. TicketFeeder is not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the crowd at any event nor is TicketFeeder responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions.
The tickets that you purchase from TicketFeeder are valid. If someone is sitting in your assigned seat, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or to ask an usher to assist you. You acknowledge and concede that all transactions take place in Maricopa County in the state of Arizona. In the event that TicketFeeder is required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, you agree that TicketFeeder is entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the customer, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees and administrative costs, within the jurisdiction of Maricopa County in the state of Arizona.
