  • Where are the tickets from that are featured on TicketFeeder?Registered brokers of TicketFeeder. com range from season ticket holders who are unable to attend all the games, to average consumers who purchased tickets to an event but can no longer attend.
  • How are ticket prices determined?Tickets are based on market demand. Our registered sellers determine the price of the tickets.The tickets will sell at the market demand price, which in most cases, is an amount that is more than the price printed on the ticket.
  • What is a market demand price?Market demand price is the price that clients are willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event. It may either be more or less than the price printed on the ticket. Our clients understand that it's much more than just a ticket -- it is an experience!
  • Will my seats be together?Yes, the tickets purchased in a single listing will be seated together. Please review the ticket notes before making your final selection. The term "piggy back" refers to the same seats numbers but they are in two consecutive rows. Some venues will have even or odd numbered seats that are also consecutive.
  • Why are my tickets printed on a sheet of paper?

    These tickets are the newest form of tickets or e-tickets technology and are your actual tickets. They are valid and 100% legitimate. Each ticket features a unique bar code that is scanned at the gate of the venue, just like a hard ticket in which most customers are accustomed.

  • What is a ticket broker?

    TicketFeederʼs exchange permits a number of professional ticket sellers to list their inventories on the site. A broker is defined as "One hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts, or sales." A ticket broker does just that.

    There are people who want to sell their tickets and there are also people who want to buy those same tickets. There are two ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers together for a fee.

  • Why are some of the tickets listed above face value?

    Licensed ticket brokers generally sell their tickets at prices above face value. This price is known as the ticket's "market value." The only place you can purchase tickets at face value is throughTicketmaster or a venue box office. However, it is important to note that these primary sellers often charge additional service fees—creating actual prices that are higher than the amount listed on the face of the ticket.

    Licensed ticket brokers specialize in obtaining desirable seats for high-demand and sold-out events. They get these tickets from a variety of sources including season ticket holders and individuals who have extra tickets for events. To obtain these high-demand tickets, brokers pay a premium, or a price often well above face value. They then sell these tickets at market value. The market value price for a ticket is determined by many factors including seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event, etc.

  • What are Pre-Orders?Pre-Orders are tickets for events are not obtainable until closer to the date of the event. Pre-Orders involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact seating locations are not yet available so orders are taken for general seating locations. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information.
  • Is it illegal to sell tickets for more than face value?No. However, it does generally require a license and set of standards to follow.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    CREDIT CARD
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices listed are in U.S.Dollars (USD). The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address where your statements are sent. Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address we may require faxed authorization from you. The faxed authorization will include a signed copy of the Card Holder Verification Form along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card used during the purchase. This is done to protect both you and TicketFeeder against fraudulent credit card use.Orders over $1,000.00 require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out by the creditcard holder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. TicketFeeder reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form at its ddiscretion.

    CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
    Payment by cashiers check or money order may not be available on all ticket orders. If your request can be handled, the tickets may be held for up to 24 hours. The cashiers check or money order must be sent to us using an overnight delivery service. Payment by money order will also be accepted in person at our office at 2402 S. Rural Rd. Tempe, Arizona.

  • Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?No. All orders are considered final once a client hits the "buy" button to place his or her order. At that point, there are no cancellations or exchanges allowed unless otherwise noted.
  • Will I get a refund if my event is rescheduled, rained out or postponed?If an event is officially rescheduled, rained out or postponed (for any reason including an act of God), an announcement regarding the rescheduled date, time, and any other particulars will be made on one or all of the following: (a) in local newspapers, (b) on local radio, (c) on our website at TicketFeeder, and/or (d) on team, artist or box office website. In the event of a rainout, please retain your ticket. A replacement ticket or a refund will not be issued.
  • What if my tickets are lost or stolen?Please safeguard all tickets and handle them as you would handle cash. Lost or stolen tickets: (a) will not be replaced; (b) will not have location slips issued in replacement; and (c) will not be replaced under any circumstances.
  • If an event is canceled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, how is it handled?

    If an event is canceled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, tickets must be returned within 10 days of the scheduled event date. All tickets must be returned to TicketFeeder for a refund. This includes all tickets purchased via telephone, via fax, via internet or through our local office. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. The tickets must be sent in a secured fashion (Federal Express, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.) to the address below, or presented in person to our office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.   • How are my tickets delivered?

    All tickets shipped will be done so via an express delivery service (i.e., Federal Express, ExpressMail, messenger, etc.) and will require a signature. We use express delivery services requiring a signature to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at anytime. All credit cards are charged upon confirmation/finalization. It is your responsibility to track your package and to be available to accept the package. You agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. If you provide a delivery location other than your credit card billing location, you hereby specifically agree to be responsible for that delivery and the tickets once delivered to the address you specify. You agree not to dispute such charges. Your expected ticket arrival date is based on the actual date we ship the order.

    FedEx is used for all shipments and a signature is required upon delivery for every order. FedExwill NOT deliver to a P.O. Box so you must provide us with a physical street address. In some cases, we are able to send tickets via e-mail. In the event this option is available, we will refund any shipping costs and send the tickets to the e-mail address on the order.Tickets generally ship two weeks before the event. In other cases tickets may ship the week of the event. Orders for some events are not delivered until very close to the date of the event. We may contact the customer to confirm the shipping address prior to shipment.

  • What are the shipping time frames and what charges will I pay?Please note that some orders will require 1-2 days processing time. The delivery method of your order is from the day that we ship the order, not the day the order is placed. All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area. Any other special delivery requirements can be quoted as requested.
  • What if I do not receive my tickets?TicketFeeder, we guarantee the client will receive the tickets he or she selected. If for any reason the client does not receive the tickets as identified, TicketFeeder will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket for the same market demand price or refund the client's money.
  • What happens if my merchandise is lost of damaged during shipping?If the shipment is damaged to the point that tickets are no longer usable and cannot be replaced,or the shipment is lost completely, TicketFeeder will refund 100% of the purchase price to the customer.

  • How can I track my order?You will receive an e-mail confirming the estimated ship date and the Federal Express tracking number.You may track your package at www.FedEx.com anytime to be sure you are available to sign for the package. If your tracking number is listed as “TBD”, we will send you the tracking number when your tickets are ready to ship; at that point you can track your order. If your tickets do not arrive when expected please contact our Customer Relations department.
  • When can I expect delivery of my tickets?All delivery options are based upon the date the tickets ship, not the date you placed the order. If the event tickets for your order are not currently available, they will be shipped as soon as they are received by the listing seller. We'll send you an email, with a tracking number, when your order is ready to ship. Shipments via FedEx Standard delivery will be delivered approximately 2business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) after your order is shipped. FedEx Overnight Delivery will be delivered the next business day after it ships. If we are unable to ship your tickets in time for this event, we will contact you to set up an alternate delivery method. Please note that some tickets require 1-2 days processing time. All event ticket order delivery times are subject to availability in your area.
  • Delivery of Tickets

    Upon delivery of tickets from FedEx, customer has 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about tickets and/or seating locations. Discrepancies include, tickets shipped are in the wrong section or row, the tickets are for the wrong event or date or the tickets are damaged. In cases like this, every effort will be made to correct the problem. If the tickets ordered are no longer available, and replacement tickets are not an option, the order will be cancelled. The customer must ship the tickets back to TicketFeeder to receive a refund. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on orders with out discrepancies.

    Due to the time sensitive nature of the ticket resale industry, TicketFeeder has fulfilled its contractual duty when tickets are shipped to the address provided by the client. TicketFeeder is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the package being returned to sender due to the client not being available to sign for the package at the time ofdelivery. TicketFeeder will keep packages returned by Federal Express on hand for later redelivery to the customer. TicketFeeder is not responsible for any customer caused delays in delivery after the order has been shipped.

    Prior to the order being shipped, the client is responsible to inform TicketFeeder of changes in the shipping address. If a shipment needs to be redirected after it has been shipped, the customer may be responsiblefor a $10.00 address correction fee charged by Federal Express.

    Any shipment that is requested to be held at a Federal Express location requires a photo ID to pick-up. These shipping methods must be arranged with your sales representative.

  • Local Pick-UpOccasionally tickets will not be available in time to ship. In this case all shipping fees will be refunded and the tickets left at a designated will call area for pick-up the day of the event. A photo ID is required for all will-call pickup locations.
  • I can not attended the event I purchased tickets for, what is your return/exchange policy?There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us. This policy is in place because when you purchase your tickets we secure and acquire those tickets for you and are not able to recover our costs. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
  • Will I be able to cancel after I place my order?There are no cancellations after you place an order. Once the order has been submitted all orders are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges unless noted otherwise.
  • What if my event is cancelled?

    If an event is cancelled we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Refunds are not offered for cancellations due to an act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood, etc.) or if a show is cancelled and refunds are not offered by the box office. Any shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION.     In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available. In all other instances mentioned above we will attempt in every case to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets; however, no refund or percentage of refund can be guaranteed.

     SPECIAL NOTE: Tickets for certain events, including, but not limited to Houston Rodeo, may include a musical performance as well as other attractions as part of your admission. If there is a change or cancellation to either the musical performance or any other additional attractions, your event ticket remains valid for entry and will not be refunded. Also, if your event ticket is for a sponsored concert series with multiple feature performers, and there is a partial cancellation or change in artists performing in that concert series, TicketFeeder will not provide a refund.
  • What if my event is postponed? (1)

    If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements. As we are not able to recover our costs on the tickets that we acquired for you, we in turn are unable to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events. 

    All times listed are local for the event. Furthermore, all dates and times are subject tochange and should be verified by the buyer prior to the event.

  • Can I return my tickets if I change my mind?

    Once a client hits the "buy" button to place his or her order, the client has committed to the order and there are no cancellations or exchanges allowed unless otherwise noted.

    Should TicketFeeder fail to deliver the full quantity of tickets purchased, TiicketFeederʼs sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the return of any deposits and/or payments for the undelivered tickets (including shipping costs) previously made to TickCo Premium Seating pursuant to this sale. TicketFeeder shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or for loss or expense directly or indirectly arising from TicketFeeder obligations, and customer agrees to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon it now or in the future under Arizona law. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation.We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time, for any reason what so ever.

    Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, i.e. "21 and over". It is the buyers duty to determine prior to purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists. We will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in theirparty. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children andothers. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges under either of these circumstances.

     

  • I have tickets to sell. Will TicketFeeder buy them from me?

    If you have tickets you would like to sell, we are proud to recommend the services of FrontRow Tickets of Arizona, the preferred broker of TicketFeeder.     Please be aware that FrontRow Tickets of Arizona will require positive identification on any tickets that they purchase from you.   • Can I sell my tickets on consignment with TicketFeeder?

    Yes, FrontRow Tickets of Arizona, the preferred broker of TicketFeeder, accepts tickets to be sold on consignment. Tickets sold on consignment may create a higher dollar return than if your tickets are purchased outright by FrontRow Tickets of Arizona. However, please be aware that it is possible that your consignment tickets may go unsold. 

    PLEASE NOTE: FrontRow Tickets of Arizona, like any business, buys tickets at a wholesale price and strives to sell them at a retail price. If you wish to sell your tickets and remove your financial risk. If the market demand for your tickets is low or if Front RowTickets of Arizona already has sufficient tickets for that particular event, they may not be interested in purchasing your tickets, even if they are below face value.
